Summary

Closes the sole LOW finding from the complete B-3/B-3R delivery review by restoring an explicit real-helper regression for a target Node entirely absent from the four-field nodes.tsv registry.

The contract asserts:

link-connect fails closed;
exit code is exactly 80;
stderr is exactly mesh.node-not-activated.

No production code changes.
