Report-only: RU HTTPS8443 с обязательным клиентским TLS, CRL, nginx/HAProxy, fail2ban, renewal hook. Анонимный/отозванный сертификат TLS-rejected; три устройства и PKCS#12, изолированная2FA, SSH fallback и все15VPN профилей проверены. DE/FI/DK и настройки панели не менялись. Клиентские секреты/пути/IP в PR отсутствуют. Ожидает CI и действующего независимого review gate.
