Scope: Independent review of the owner-updated R5 deployment delta and runbook for the existing Caddy 2.8 plus HAProxy 3.0 Docker topology.

Definition of Done: Concrete findings with severity/path/line/reproducer; exact SHA; commands/results; UNVERIFIED topology/evidence and blockers.

|
Required verification: Read-only source/runbook review and safe syntax checks only. No VPS or container access.
