Base SHA: 8284eb5d006943d42133eb665c99dcbc3133d6a6
Scope: Review the amended R5 Caddy 2.8 / HAProxy 3.0 templates, operator runbook, and reproducible local syntax validator. Fix concrete defects only in the R5 runbook/templates and write an individual review report.
Do not change: application source/tests, compose/auth settings, prior review reports, AGENTS.md, existing unrelated services, remote VPS/home-server state, containers, commits, or delegation.
Definition of Done: Templates/runbook provide safe backups, source and active mount checks, correct separate TLS 443 and HTTP 80 routes, HTTP-01 preservation, safe no-restart validation/reload gates, before/after checks for every existing website, and rollback; unknown facts remain operator blockers.
Required verification: review validator evidence, run read-only syntax/diff checks, record exact base/result SHA, changes, findings, UNVERIFIED items, and blockers.
